What Is Used To Heat The Structures?
Our heating begins with top of the line closed cell spray foam insulation that is used in all of our structures. Included in the base model is an infrared wall heater while upgrades include a high quality mini split heating systems.
How Soon Can I Receive My Structure?
At Pivot we control all building processes in house. This allows us to speed up delivery times while maintaining high quality builds. Our average delivery times range per structure and current wait list. Current production lead times are as follows, 10ft. structures delivery times are 2-4 weeks, 20ft structures range from 3-5 weeks and 40ft. structures range from 2-3 Months.
Do Containers Have Toxins In Them?
At Pivot we only buy the best containers. We buy single trip containers (only have been used once) that have no structural damage and have not transported harmful materials.
