Lead Production Technician

Position Summary:
The role of the Lead Production Craftsman is to lead the daily construction, production, and assembly processes per assigned project(s). The Lead Production Craftsman is responsible for leading project team members and to provide them with consistent direction, instruction, and guidelines to ensure quality, safety, and productivity.

The role of a Production Technician is to perform the daily construction, production, and assembly processes of product and project development activities. Production Technicians are accountable for performing their work safely with attention to quality and detail.
Sales and Marketing Coordinator

Position Summary
The Sales and Marketing Coordinator is primarily responsible for executing the product and service sales of the organization while additionally supporting the marketing and business development efforts of the organization. The position requires the ability to balance sales transactions with marketing development by identifying qualified leads, educating and informing prospective customers on product availability, pricing, and financing, applying finish upgrades and customization to sales, website and social media management, providing marketing and sales presentations, developing print and video media, etc. Pivot Team Members are additionally responsible for providing an exceptional customer experience through consistent communication, professionalism, and enthusiasm.
